In order to allow the display and selection of available benefits at the time of payment, the application may access only the data necessary for this functionality.

• Technical information related to the checkout
• Identification of available coupons or vouchers
• Verification of the validity of benefits applicable to the order

The application is not intended to collect more data than those strictly necessary for this functionality.

3.  Purpose of Processing 

• Display available coupons or vouchers
• Allow their selection directly in the checkout
• Avoid manual entry of codes

4.  No Storage Outside Shopify 

The data used by Fourseeds Voucher Selector are not stored outside the Shopify environment.

No external database is used to store customer data.  Only store login credentials are stored and encrypted. 

5.  Data Sharing 

Data is neither sold, nor rented, nor shared with third parties for commercial purposes.

They are not used for advertising or marketing purposes. 

6.  Security and Minimization  

Fourseeds applies reasonable security and minimization measures in order to limit access to only the data necessary for the operation of the application. 

7.  Data Retention 

Since the application does not store data outside Shopify, no specific retention period is applied by Fourseeds. 

8.  Data Subject Rights 

In accordance with applicable regulations, any concerned person may have rights of access, rectification, deletion, or objection.
